Presented at THE SHOE VAULT by the MIAMI Shoe Museum Research Center, BOOTERY was a striking exhibition that celebrated the enduring legacy of boots in fashion, art, and culture. From equestrian elegance to military grit and avant-garde boldness, the exhibition explored how boots evolved, mirroring cultural revolutions, technological innovation, and shifting identities.

Featuring rare and iconic designs by creators such as Charles Jourdan, Alexander McQueen, Salvatore Ferragamo, Mary Quant, Iris van Herpen, and others, BOOTERY traced the journey of this versatile footwear from the battlefield to the runway. Each pair revealed how boots became potent symbols of resilience, empowerment, and artistic expression across generations and continents.
